Harpsden Barefoot Walk for Beginners (1001)

Introduction to walking with a natural gait, first around the playing field, then uphill to admire the view onto the Harpsden valley. You are welcome to take your shoes off or wear minimal shoes.

The walk will be mainly on grass with a path covered in wood chips.

You will get the opportunity to start waking up your feet and re-learn to walk to prevent and address aches and pains.

Meeting arrangements

Park and meet at the Harpsden Village Hall. Come on foot or by bike if at all possible.

Walk Leader

Isabelle Brough, soft tissue therapist, restorative exercise specialist and keen barefooter, would love to guide you towards a more robust and sustainable way of walking that will build strength across more of your body.

Family Friendly

Children are welcome to play on their own or to join in for free but parents are responsible for their welfare and behaviour.
