These are sessions that focus on technique in a relatively small area. How to use the poles to propel you forward on the flat, help you uphill, & support you on the downhills. Poles will be provided by the walk leader (these will have been sanitised before the walk).
easy/fairly easy - the level will be geared to the ability of the participants
Aldbury is a very picturesque village with 2 pubs & a cafe for refreshments afterwards
