Why go Nordic walking? Learn for yourself the fantastic benefits of pole walking. A fun & enjoyable way to improve your fitness in the beautiful outdoors. Improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, better posture, help with weight management 
These are sessions that focus on technique in a relatively small area. How to use the poles to propel you forward on the flat, help you uphill, & support you on the downhills. Poles will be provided by the walk leader (these will have been sanitised before the walk).
