A mixture of country roads, footpaths through fields and woods. We will walk up and down gentle rolling hills with stunning views across the valley 
The route will encompass all the surfaces and inclines likely to be found on a country walk so we can teach the best way to get the most out of or walking poles. Its the most sociable and effective way to keep fit and active.
