In partnership with Active Bucks and Ridgeway Nordic Walking, Forestry England  are offering a gentle and safe way to walk yourself fitter. Enjoy the stunning surroundings of Wendover Woods and discover a sense of mindfulness. Feel relaxed in a natural environment whilst improving flexibility, balance and strength.

This activity is aimed at inspiring you to get fitter and is specifically for older adults and/if you are currently inactive. These walks include exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility.

Pay & Display car park, up to 2hrs £2.20 MEETING POINT for Walks is at the main Information point, near the original cafe.
