A 2hr Fast Track, Learn To Nordic Walk session. Intended for those who are fit, able and eager to intensively learn correct technique. You will graduate with your own 'Freedom Passport' allowing you to walk with Ridgeway Nordic Walking 7 days a week. Use MORE muscles, burn MORE calories! We LOVE Nordic Walking! Pole hire included.

Karen Lem, Nordic Walking Instructor. Ridgeway Nordic Walking have regular timetabled Nordic Walks available 7 days a week, daytime and evenings. A wide variety of walk levels suitable for all, from Gentle, Rehab, Moderate to Workout Walks!

Pay & Display parking. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear. Countryside/Woodland Footpaths with some uneven ground. Toilets and café on site.
