A 45 minute introductory session that will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic Walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles! You will light on your feet, your whole body is mobilised and we will explain why it is so important to learn technique correctly. Pole hire included.

Karen Lem, Nordic Walking Instructor. Ridgeway Nordic Walking have regular timetabled Nordic Walks available 7 days a week, daytime and evenings. A wide variety of walk levels suitable for all, from Gentle, Rehab, Moderate to Workout Walks!
