All brought together in collaboration to support your health and wellbeing. Hayfever, Headaches, Bites & Stings - learn to successfully soothe your allergies with yoga and simple garden remedies. Park onsite and meet at the main entrance at Sunnyside Rural Trust - Hemel Food Garden, Two Waters Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9BY. Please arrive at least 10 mins early.

Family Friendly

The walk is not directly aimed at children, but they are very welcome - recommended age 12 plus.

Accessibility

Most of the area has wheelchair access, however there is an area with woodchip were assistance is needed. Cement paths, some areas of grass, some areas of woodchip.

Further Information

Toilets, parking and café onsite. Your entry fee entitles you to 20% off at the café, so please bring your wallet if you'd like to purchase anything. There is also a locally produced food shop onsite selling fresh eggs, apple juice and seasonal veg. Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing, layers are handy. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Please bring your own yoga mat as they will not be provided.
