Wendover and the HS2 Viaduct (ref 22)

This circular walk is the first of three that will offer the walker the opportunity to view this part of the beautiful Central Chilterns landscape before it changes forever. The route will climb out of the Misbourne valley to take in views of where the proposed High Speed Two Railway viaduct will be built before returning to Wendover via the Chiltern Link.

Mostly on good surfaces which can be muddy at times after wet weather. Three climbs with a total ascent of 250m.

Further Information

Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for the conditions, water, snacks and simple first aid kit. Children are welcome so long as they can cope with the distance and grade.
