Pishill & Stonor Park Nordic Walk

A circular route from Pishill Church with its beautiful stained glass window by John Piper. Our route takes us across open county, through parkland and woods. We climb up to Turville Heath, then descend through Stonor Park then climb again to Maidensgove and return to Pishill.

Moderate (more challenging, for keen/active walkers)



Meeting arrangements

Meet at 9.30 a.m. at Pishill Church, Church Hill (just off the B480) RG9 6HJ.

Undulating route with a number of steep assents/descents (850 ft total). Path and tracks - fields and woods. May be stony or muddy in parts.

Further Information

Tea/coffee and flapjack usually available at Pishill Church (small donation). Participants are advised to carry drink and snacks during the walk.

Participants must have already learnt the Nordic walking technique.
