Beginner's Nordic Walking course - a 3 part course which explores Nordic walking and teaches you how to do it. These sessions focus on technique so we will be 'playing' with the poles in a relatively small area.

Poles may be borrowed – please state on your online booking form next to the walker’s name if you would like to borrow poles.

Café & toilets at the Vistor Centre next to the carpark.

Children are free when accompanied by a responsible adult, but please ensure they can walk the distance and have the fitness required.

Please note that this is a 3 part course and you must be able to attend each part of the course - Tues 16th, Thurs 18th & Tues 23rd (not Thurs 25th) all at 9:30am.
