Learn to Nordic Walk - Parts 1 & 2 (parts 3 & 4 optional)

Be taught how to Nordic Walk by a Nordic Walking UK Accredited instructor. All equipment provided. You may just complete parts 1 and 2. Completion of parts 3 & 4 (on Sunday 21st May) leads to NWUK Passport enabling you to walk with any Nordic Walking UK group without further instruction.

Fairly easy (some gentle inclines, steps/stiles)

You will be sent a health questionnaire in advance of this event.  Participation is at discretion of the walk leader. 

This session can be taken at your own pace, but you will be active for the full 1 hour 45mins. 

Not suitable for those under 12 years of age.
