St Mary's Church Chesham Beat the Bounds - short walk

Join St Mary's Chesham on their 'Beating the Bounds' walk - an ancient tradition of marking out the parish boundary. This 4 mile option of the walk starts at Ley Hill (transport provided from the church to the start) and then takes in lovely views over the Chess Valley before returning to Chesham by the River Chess.There is also a longer 25 mile version of this walk on the same day.

Meeting arrangements

Check in at 3.15pm at St Mary's Annexe, Church Street, Chesham, Bucks, HP5 1HY. Minibus transport from there to the start of the walk.

Accessibility

There will be a few stiles. Depending on weather there could be sections of mud.

Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for the conditions, water, snacks and simple first aid kit.
